Take into consideration Gojira would have to worry about renewing their visas and the headaches that come with that. Not that it isn't possible, but I see it as what would prevent them from being on the fest.. ever.

I assume this was at me and my Gojira comment. What further adds to my statement is the amount of bands Mayhem Festival has had over the 4 years that required visas to be here. The number is slim pickings, no? Dragonforce, Behemoth, In Flames.. I really can't think of any others.
If Gojira was on it this past summer and then went right into the LOG tour, then it makes sense. For as much positive that comes from them being on this tour for exposure, I just don't see it happening.
Fair point, but they'd get more exposure on Mayhem than they would on a LOG/Dethklok tour, depending on who's headlining. Not a longer set, but a bigger audience. It's a bigger incentive.
