raiding LEGAL dispensaries is a gross misuse of resources and money..... it's sad really. Cut off on shady physicians and you wont get a misuse of the green card.
just like illegal immigration.... if the country did anything to the employers and corporations that hire them; they wouldn't hire them. But they're always the ones that get the most lenient punishment.
