I downloaded it cause Santana keeps putting it on his list. Hasnt made its way onto my iphone yet. I actually don't really hate Linkin park that much. I mean yeah it's commercial, and pretty predictable as far as their target audience goes... basically very engineered pop metal.
not for everyone. I like their music a lot but I find it understandable when people don't like them because they are more of a radiorock band. I've been a fan for years so I'm a little biased when it comes to ranking their music compared to other albums but I do enjoy the album a lot

Around 2005 I became so sick of all the Nu Metal bands. It was nauseating. Lately I've started not minding them as much. Granted I dont listen to it much, however in general I dont hate Linkin Park. I wouldn't say I am a huge fan, and would never want to go to one of their shows, however the singers have a decent tone and they seem to put some time into their work. They are better than slipknot or Disturbed.
