idk... I almost reread "The hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy" but then decided to read something new. Now im pissed. Pissed and im only 1/10th of the way into the book.
This prosecuting attorney has tried like 300 murder cases and has won all but like 2 of them. Anyways, his opinion before the verdict was read, was that this was one of the most clear cases of guilt. He also said it was the first time a jury ever came back with a verdict without requesting to review specific evidence. And when they came back as quick as they did, everyone thought it was a guilty verdict. Typically, the longer they take, the more likely they rule innocent.

What book?
Imperfect Justice. It's the story of the prosecuting attorney Jeff Ashton. He talks about the evidence and why they chose to go the ways they did. he starts out the book talking about how there was no question in his mind that Casey was directly involved in the death of her child, and the only real question he had was will it be manslaughter or first degree?

I can't say I'd recommend the book. I've found my urge to murder increasing exponentially. The more details I learn about the case the more pissed I get. I thought she was guilty before reading, now reading all the evidence... FUCK! I just can't believe she was let off.

the only reason Anthony walked away is the DA fucked up hardcore by putting the death penalty on the table among other things, had he been competent she would have done time.
