Insider trading on Wall Street is a crime punishable for up to 20 years in Federal Prison. But, my friends the geneus of people Politicians came up with a plan once your Voted into office you become above the law and are not subject to Insider Trading Laws... thus, The CIA gets information on say Lybian Gov falling into the hands of Democratic Rebels ... Senators have this information available to them... any gov dealing in Lybian Oil such as OPEC gian more power over Oil Production Senator so and so Knows prices will fall.... now in turn Senator so in so has family that he wants to make richer than shit... or Greasing the wheels to be elected agian.... Billions at stake pretty soon everybody is screwed.
