1. below the box where you write posts there is a link that says "Attach a file". That opens a browse box and you can find the pic on your computer and click okay. Then you need to highlight on the small thumbnail and click a "insert" link that appears.
2. if you have the picture uploaded to another site, you can post the link using the picture tab above the comment box.
