pretty much ALL of Mexico would come to the 'nicer' neighborhoods in literally vanfulls and itd just be like 10,000 little mexikids running around and all of their parrents are just there getting drunk off their ass having the time of their life. Crime would go up a lot on halloween night, they always make it a point to lock everything you owned inside (pets included) One year when I was 7 my grandmas car was actually stolen.. I'm hope I'm not coming off as racist because that shit straight up happens every year
