i agree. she just had issues with wanting to live above our means. she wasted a student grant she got on a trip to miami a couple of years ago. that kinda irked my 'rents because they were paying my car insurance at the time so i could keep my head above water. my entire family are pretty well off and conservative, so doing shit like that just blows their minds. my mom sets a pretty high standard as well. my girlfriend used to be really short tempered with our son and need "time off" from him. the older and more mature she gets, most of these problems have gone away. the issues they had with her are slowly subsiding, but they're still leery of her.
