I have been taking Claritan alot and eating pineapples alot and my tinnitus is really cyclic now and I would say less annoying.I'm pretty use to it and it is not as loud as it use to be. SO I think I'll be ok. But that shit still rings sometimes. Ringing right now real good probably because I'm talking about it.
