motorhead is def better than both.. its because little kiddies get into metal and there taught that priest and maiden are the best so i think they think that if they do think that way as well then people wont take them as seriously

i think that Maiden and Priest are on a higher pedastal because of vocals. Lemmy has an awesome growly type voice, but Bruce and Rob's voices heavily influenced a lot more bands and genre's of metal

i agree that Lemmy is god, but it doesn't matter about the person and how their personallities are. look at it this way, Bruce and Rob can sing Motorhead songs, but Lemmy can't sing Maiden or Priest songs. that shows the difference

i agree about Priests album turbo...whole album is cheesy. check out Painkiller or some of their pre British Steel stuff if you want to hear better written songs

Or maybe it's because people have their own opinions and have listened to all of the bands, and personally prefer certain bands over others.
