The curtain drop fail was even worse in 09's Mayhem. About five minutes before the lights were to go out and Slayer was going to come on, a huge gust of wind from the dust storm tore the curtain off. The members were just standing there like "uhh...... heyyyyyyy....." I wish I could find footage of it.
