I'm probably gonna pony up the money for another ticket and make my wife go. Was gonna have my son go with me but he'll probably be incarcerated as he just got his second DUI in less than a year.

ive had to go to a couple shows by myself
it wasnt great but its different not having to worry about anybody else
inbetween bands are the worst though

the shows ive gone to alone ive always just started talking to random people between the sets. You know for sure you have at least 1 thing in common.

I've never felt alone at a show before, there are like 6 or 7 people that go to every show I go to, so I usually end up talking to them between sets

Usually some random guy will talk to me or comment on my shirt and we'll start talking, loneliness is never an issue. There are benefits to going alone.
