I used to use demonoid all the time but kickasstorrents is now my favorite.
It always has the same uploaders with 10x the seeds

And what should I know about safe downloading on these sites so I don't get any viruses?
I stay away from torrents that have no seeders or leechers cuz I was told those can contain viruses, correct me if I'm wrong

I got contacted by my ISP in September because of torrents...rapidshares ever since and not a peep.

I stay away from unrated ones. I give time for other people to check out torrents and tell if they are bad or not

so how does your ISP find out about this stuff? I don't want my parents getting any calls about this or my life will be screwed.
(they don't approve of this stuff)

I honestly don't know. I've been using rapidshare since, and it's worked out for me so far.

I've only had links to certain albums from rapidshare

if it's from rapidshare, you're not getting caught, the only danger is that it's fake.
