question about smartphones

so i'm looking into getting judy and i a new phone and i was wondering if anyone has a windows 7 phone. i found an offer from T-mobile that would give me this for free with a $80 unlimited plan

i pretty much can only go with t-mobile since i've defaulted on payments with verizon, att and sprint in the past. that and they have the best coverage in my area

Just to let you know, AT&T bought out T-Mobile. So within a year they will be AT&T
