    yeah it blows, i feel really bad for my dad...it was a great job, and he works his ass off....the one good thing is he has 20+ years of factory experience so he should be able to find another good job
    I hope he finds another one just as good. But if they find out why he lost his job by failing a piss test, that might become an issue
    shouldn't be....most places aren't going to spend money to find out why he got fired any ways....but even if they did know they aren't going to care if he passes there drug test

    how would they find out? other then having some kind of background check...no company is aloud to disclose personal information about there employees to other company's

    they are allowed to ask you on your application though the conditions you left your last job..it usually askes if you left or were fired and if fired why?

    i failed a drug test after an injury about 10 years ago, but since they administered the test after my treatment, my lawyer got it thrown out. they had to pay me $37k and carry my medical insurance for me for a year afterward.

    i don't really know. something about the drugs they likely used for local anesthetic causing a false-positive on a drug screen. apparently, most drugs screens are cheap and easily challenged in court.

    depending on the drugs they give you for whatever reason after, you can have a false positive which is equal to failing a drug test

    iv been brainstorming ways on how to help him get out of it...if that is the case....Ill tell him that if he fails and it was after the stitches, that he should deny it tell them he doesn't do drugs and ask for a re test...and then use some fake piss or someone else's piss

    he took a hit or two last night...but other then smoking probably a bowl a day on the weekends, he only smokes a couple hits a day during the week
