Just saying that if you are serious about trying to lose weight, or if you struggle to lose weight then cut down on your bread intake. I don't have that problem and I love my bread....i eat 3 huge sandwiches each day For lunch....buy I go to the gym most days and I don't eat white bread as that shit is just nasty
