Mastodon are so much better when they play with bands they're friends with. My favorite shows for them were with Converge, High on Fire, Neurosis and Dillinger

Yeah. There's gonna be a huge contrast from seeing them in a small venue with High on Fire to seeing them in an amphitheater at Mayhem Fest. But still, getting to see Mastodon twice in one week and one of those times being for free at my favorite venue in SF, I'm so fucking happy and grateful.
