I don’t really hold him to that standard because the band themselves were already past their prime by the time he entered the fold. He didn’t come in during the band’s prime the way Brian Johnson did with AC/DC or Sammy Hagar with Van Halen.

AIC changed gravity when they played Hollow at Northern Invasion. Sludgy riffs so heavy it felt like it pulled you closer to the Earth.
