I agree. But people were saying they "went to their black metal roots" on this one. I'm only on the second song, but there's definitely a shift from shoegaze to post-rock on this album. The first track was kinda weak but this second one, Eclosion, is definitely blackened, but it's more post-black than blackgaze.
