that show was great last nigt but man oh man brians barely holding on. it was really sad. they had three keyboardists and himself... he basically only played the undertones on piano and sang a few lines per song with a few exceptions.
al was off the chain, never would have guessed he still packed that much vocal capability.
I saw Bob Dylan a few years ago and he looked like he was gonna turn into dust. His voice was even shittier than usual. Later on, I saw Jack Bruce and Robby Krieger at separate shows and both were old and soft. The old songs just didn't have the bite to them. I kinda turned off of seeing older acts because of that. I'll see Dick Dale on his annual tours because he's still pretty awesome for his age, but unless someone gives me a glowing review I'm not interested in many acts over 50 anymore
My friends listen to the dumbest rap, I swear. When they play music, I some times wanna ask em' "hey who's this?" Just so I know what to avoid but I'm afraid they'll say "Oh this is *** ****, why you like it?" And I don't wanna be like "Nah actually this fucking sucks and I don't wanna hear it anymore." I kinda wanna go home but my ride is blackout drunk.
I probably shouldn't have been driving either. I had my roommate and his girlfriend pick me up on the way back from a party they went to. When I get in the car he's like "what the fuck are you doing at Cole's?!?!" All pissed off. (He hates this kid)
