That doesn't mean that they will. Ozzfest started going downhill in 2007. 2008 and 2009 was icing on the cake for them...and last year wasn't even a tour. Sure, they owe a shit load of back taxes and it would be common sense to do a full Ozzfest tour this summer. But will they? Highly doubtful
