I would be neutral on him if people didnt proclaim him as the greatest actor of all time. When someone who is average is proclaimed the best, it makes me hate him more.

I think Forrest Gump is a killah move.... and Hanks is great in it. If all he is doing is acting like himself I guess he is slow in real life also??? This movie deserves all the credit it was given, Hanks deserved the award. I can watch this over and over again, I prolly seen it like 10 or more times... I think FMJ is also great, but... Forrest Gump > Full Metal Jacket
