Alternate resume ideas
So I called this little smoke shop down the street from my apartment and asked about a job. I can't say I'm surprised that this is the answer I got when I asked about the hiring process:
"Oh yeah, man... well I don't know if we're hiring right now, but when you apply, you don't have to bring in a professional resume or anything... just bring in some sort of art thing or talent to show us. A painting... a song you wrote... a poem... anything! We've had people dress up as ninjas and act out skits for us! Anything that shows your creative talent in some way. Oh, and just make sure you give us something showing what hours you'd be able to work, and you'll be good to go!"
I couldn't stop laughing. I am doing this. Give me ideas. Yes, I am well aware that I'm going to get a bunch of sarcastic and retarded answers.
