omg i had calamari hibatchi at this place
so fucking good
i love the ginger sauce they give you

hibachi style food has got to be some of the tastiest stuff.

oh yeah and sword fish is really good too. I've only had it once in my life though

and hibatchi style is super healthy
they dont use much fat and its all freshly cooked
plus, its always lean meats and vegetables

I would also like to point out my brother is a chef at an upscale place in charleston south Carolina called hanks. It's a seafood place so I usually don't eat there when I go. I did help him makes some things though one day when I was there that was interesting.

Shark is gross to me. But it makes me happy because I LOOOVE sharks.

But alligators are tasty.

I had alligator meat once, was good is what that was.

I had fried alligator. It was very chewy.
Also had rattlesnake/rabbit combo sausage.
