Probs age verification.
do you think age verification is even enough?
Look, I'm no lawyer. Only thing I know from browsing porn sites is that they appear to be fairly well regulated. I really have no idea what the legal issues are from owning a message board where the users post nudes.
What's the difference between a user embedding a picture, verses someone posting a link to a porn site? is there a difference legally? Honestly I don't know the answers to any of these question I am bringing up.
I was only commenting on my surprise to the NSFW nature of this site and its lack of age restrictions.

shane, wake is very right...the forum could be shut down if theres no thing that says 18+
Right. what I said wasnt said from being asshurt. I was only making a comment about what surprised me about this site. I really have no clue what sort of legal obligations a message board has towards this sort of content. I'm an engineer, not a lawyer.

wake wants every pic that could be offensive ripped from the site.
absolutely not. In a ideal case, I wouldnt mind having the option for all nudes to be ripped from the site when I am at work for example. However I don't want them ripped from the site when I am at home or on my phone or whatever. I'm not against nudes in the least.... I just wish their was an easier way I could manage it.
But that is completely different then the comment I made here.
So is age verification the only thing that keeps sites like porn sites operating? Because you know for a fact that when they say "You must be 18 to enter" that kids just click the link that says "I'm 18 or older" even if they are not. So does that give the site to say if sued "I didn't know they were underage" and get away with it?
