Korn "official" store
So this is the email I sent to the korn merch store:
I checked the korn store because I was considering buying one of their albums. I read this: "Welcome to the Official Korn store. Check out our wide selection of Korn music"
There were two items in the music section. One was korn's untitled CD and the other was a shirt along with the untitled CD. If the "official" Korn store doesn't even have all of their albums and claims it has a wide selection of Korn music, why shouldn't I take my business somewhere else?

I sent that on the 9th. I never even got a response back saying, 'someone will email you within 24 hours'

people these days.....And to think they are customer service and won't respond
I sent the same thing from a different email and got no response to that either. I am thinking of spamming them til they respond
