so anyone who read part 1 knows that INS came in and arrested this bitch ass Mexican that i hated . It gets even better now.

She was the person who did the orientation for 6 of our 9 stores, where you have to fill out your tax info and shit. Turns out she was falsifying government documents to get illegals jobs which is a felony and if I'm not mistaken she can be charged a separate felony for each person she did this for. She is going to do some serious fucking jail time. We also have had Mexicans quitting in droves so i'm sure there was a lot. one store had 25 mexi's quit in the same week. My store has lost 8 so far. Maybe this will teach them to start hiring Americans.


also i'm not positive on this but from what i understand if the INS finds enough illegals in our franchisee they can shut us down, which means i'll be on unemployment...

afaik you need to fill out another app if transferring outside of your franchise.

yes. you have 2 kinds of McDonalds. McCopCo which is corporate owned and owner/operators which own a franchisee license. each O/O is allowed a certain number of stores. to transfer in between O/O or McCopCo you need to fill out a new, separate application afaik. just like at my store. they made people they wanted to promote to management fill out a new application to be considered

i was management. i stepped down voluntarily because shit was just not worth it. i do maintenance now and get paid the same with about a 100 times less stress. its a win/win for me
