I've been married to my wife for 7 years today. whoa. I feel old.

It's funny... Every year I try and go all romantic on her and get her a big sappy card and some traditional gift that is also practical. She on the other-hand always gets me a funny card and a practical gift with no romance. I've known for a while she isnt the traditional-type of girl, but I always figured going this route was for the better.

Well this year I didnt even bother to look up what the traditional 7th year gift was. I got her only practical gifts and a funny card. I thought she would appreciate it (and she did I think). but what is funny is this year she made me this really sappy card and went with a traditional + practical gift. :-))
