I live in NC but my mom's side of the family lives up North. Mostly on LI, a few in Jersey, a few in NYC, PA, Ohio, etc. Dad's side lives in Colorado so I travel pretty frequently. We get dope (hardcore) shows down here (but not much of anything else). The crews in Raleigh and Wilmington are pretty laughable though.
The annual Black N’ Blue Bowl 2014 will be taking place Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th at The Well in Brooklyn, NY. Having outgrown the confines of its previous venues year after year, we will be holding this years Bowl at an indoor/outdoor venue in the heart of Brooklyn, New York – where this event was first resurrected in 2005. Information is as follows;

They said on the radio when they announced the lineup that it's their only US stop, but you never know. They might get offered a lot of dough to play a few more shows around the time.
Hey George, what do you think of these guys? They're more melodic than most hardcore bands, but I really enjoy their lyrics. I've been seeing them live every time they come here over the last 6 years, became good friends with Mike(vocalist) and Martin(drummer).
The Judge reunion at the BnB Bowl last year was one of the best, if not the best sets I ever have been a part of. I don't think I've ever been to a more packed show, everyone singing every word so loud you can hear the crowd clear as hell, People from their teens-50's all throwin down hard as fuck. Stagedives nonstop. They were so tight and sounded so full, better then ever. I remember the feeling I had, I will never forget it. Its a feeling that is hard to describe, but those that were there know exactly what I am trying to say.
