BREAKFAST - RAW OATMEAL AND A ORANGE
1ST SNACK - 1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE AND HALF A BELL PEPPER
LUNCH - 6 OZ OF SALOMON AND 2 CUPS BROCCOLI
2ND SNACK - MUFFIN MADE OF NOTHING BUT PROTEIN POWDER, OATS, EGGS, AND 5 CHOCOLATE CHIPS
DINNER - 8 OZ CHICKEN BREAST 2 CUPS BROCCOLI, 1 SMALL SWEET POTATO
3RD SNACK - 1 CAN OF TUNA AND 1 CUP BABY CARROTS
that sux yo. Eating enough food is the hardest part for me. im trying to eat more. i used to just eat like 1 meal a day. plus i got the protein powders, vitamin supplements and tony recovery drink to help out as well
