im saying texting YES to whatever that number is is infact a scam, but since SO MANY PEOPLE called AT&T to verify they are just saying fuck it and giving people the 1000 minutes.
Just called. its a customer campaign that is meant to be sent at random to people and they reply but the number got out so all you have to do is send yes and you get the minutes in up to 4 weeks. dont do it if you dont want but if your unsure call att and do the customer service thing and they will tell you its legit.
