Betrayed by best friend[help please]
Okay this might be a kind of big read for online so if you hate me just go ahead and scroll down and post what you normally do, dont wanna waste your time.
anyway, my best friend of 6-7 years betrayed me. I think anyway. he is one of two people who knows a lot about me. like my families workplaces, names, address, number that kinda crap. well I posted an ad on craigslist selling a broken ps3 for $70 and someone wanted it and bought it with full understanding it is a broken ps3 and it was being sold as is. he texted me a few hours after demanding his money back cause he couldnt fix it. I said no so he started calling and texting hundreds of times in the next few weeks//month and then he texted me with personal info. full name, address, sisters girlfriends name(only 2 friends know that), where I work, where my mom works, where my sister(9 years old!) goes to school and my birthday. I was with my friend at the time and told him and he said something like "dude thats weird" and his dad is a cop and he usually would tell me thats harrasment/stalking which it was so I said im gonna go to the police station in the morning and report his ass for harrasment. everything from him stopped after that day. (this was about a month ago) and instantly I thought it was my friend who was telling him so I waited and hit my other friend up and this dude is a mormon and is a great friend and known him longer and his dad is a cop too and he said its harrasment and I should report right away(never did report) thats where I am now.
but now I got another friend who was banging that girl I hacked(look the thread up) and he told me and the friend of mine stuff about her. that he's playing her and just wanting sex and he showed us both texts of him basically calling her stupid(about her life and stuff, long story) and then a day later she stops talking to him. nothing to do wih the him calling her stupid cause that was weeks before he showed. well he has this girl obbsessed with him he tried hooking my friend up with and he told my friend stuff about her and told him not to tell her(including showing her nudes to him) and then that girl suddenly knew about the stuff. and this guy is a promoter and gets him into free shows and shit(we seen social distortion free on the 24th(or 25th) cause of him and were backstage.
I dont know how to confront him about it though. im 99% sure it was him I just dont see why he would do it. we've been best friends since freshman year. coming up on 7 years now.
