i took my son to a show yesterday called 6 foot sunday. it was a rock cover band that allowed children to share the stage with them and play instruments. was actually a fun time and Nicholas had a blast.....

Does that count towards my concert recap?

that sucks... I really wanted to see Obscura and Townsend, were they any good?
  • KridesBrideBrittKridesBrideBritt Posts: 25,781 jayfacer
Obscura was really good. I didn't feel either way on Townsend. He was funny, I'll give him that. The show was a bit of a letdown for me I guess. :( Alex was still somewhat sick so we hung back for the first 3 then I moved up during Bodom, leaving him behind.

Bodom was definitely worth it, though I wish they played a bit longer.

cool! glad you had fun! and yeah, i hate paying for shows and the band plays a short set..... but at least that tour has some killer openers and shit! i almost went, but i went up north and chilled with my brothers for the weekend... and i went to a show satrday and spent like $40.. so i was broke anyway, lol. but glad you had fun, one of these days we'll hangout \m/
  • KridesBrideBrittKridesBrideBritt Posts: 25,781 jayfacer
Yeah, we'll have a show coincide sooner or later. You should go to Mayhem on the 31st...

Bodom played for like 90 minutes, but it felt short.
