Hey Shinedown Fans!
You may have noticed the cameras on the Carnival of Madness and Anything & Everything acoustic tour.
These cameras weren’t just for show. The band is now getting ready to release a live CD/DVD box set!
Here’s the thing…. We don’t have a name for it. The band wants you, the fans, to name it.
To enter this contest, all you have to do is comment on this post with your name for Shinedown’s new live CD/DVD. It’s that simple.
The winner chosen will get the following:
+ copy of the new Shinedown DVD
+ a “thank-you” acknowledgement in the DVD credits
+ two (2) tickets to any local Shinedown show
+ one (1) merchandise prize pack
+ one (1) phone call from Brent Smith

TO ENTER: Beginning 12:00:01 am EST on January 31, 2011, log on to the following website: www.shinedown.com, and follow the instructions to complete an official entry form (the “entry” or “entries”), including your suggestion for the title of the forthcoming DVD embodying the performances of the artist professionally known as “Shinedown,” and send the entry electronically by 11:59:00 PM EST on February 14, 2011. Electronic entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on February 14, 2011. Limit 1 entry per person or email address.
JUDGING: One (1) potential winner will be determined on or about February 21, 2011 from all
eligible entries received. Entrants will be judged by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Contest, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. Entrants will be ranked based on the following criteria: (i) creativity (40%); (ii) originality (30%) and (iii) marketability (30%). In the unlikely event of a tie, the winner will be the entrant with the highest ranking in category (i).
PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive the following: one (1) copy of the new Shinedown DVD, which is the subject of this Contest, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):$40.00; a “thank-you” acknowledgement in the DVD credits, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $0.00; two (2) tickets to any local Shinedown show (transportation not included and the date and location of such show are determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $80.00; one (1) merchandise prize pack (such prize pack may include items such as a Shinedown themed hat, T-shirt, and/or other items to be determined at sole discretion of Sponsor), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.00); one (1) phone call from Brent Smith (time to be determined at sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to the availability of artist), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $0.00. Total Grand Prize: Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $220.00.
