    I don't know, I'm just going off the fact that SOAD alone sold out the Shoreline Ampitheater, which hosts Myahem Fest every year, and to my knowledge, Mayhem Fest has never sold out at the Shoreline.

    You could just say it was the reunion effect, but I don't see that going away 'til we see a full US tour.

    well system didnt sell out the journal pavilion which is were mayhem is held and it sells out every year

    Ok, but the fact that they filled most of the seats alone, without a co-headliner that's just as big as they are or any other support is evidence that they're too big to play Mayhem Fest ATM.

    If system is so big and guaranteed to sell out ampitheatres i dont see why mayhem wouldnt jump on them.. they arent any bigger than slipknot or korn and im sure theyd take the same amount of money...

    I think they're a perfect Mayhem band.... appealing to the masses without being radiorock garbage......been around long enough, and are talented enough to have held on to a huge loyal fanbase.......
