its a cloud based thing that allows you to play games on your PC. some are free some are paid and they have popular stuff and adding more each day.
they have a "mini console" too that is small ahs a controller and can stream HD games from it. its cloud based so you can use a crappy computer and as long as you have 6mb/s+ internet speeds you'll be all good.
it was on attack of the show so I tried it and it's awesome. and FREE...for now
