"Oh, they're that racist band. Last time I looked em up on Youtube, I wasn't a fan. And it was because the music, not the lyrics."
They're not racist in the sense that they believe whites are better than any others. They articulate it fairly well, even if I disagree with it. Besides their use of "nigger," very few of their lyrics are racist per se. They're one of the best death metal bands to ever play though, they're fucking geniuses.
I have maybe 2 more songs to go through but as of right now I like it a lot and it may just be my top album so far. Favorite songs so far: 1. Rope (top favorite, love the chorus) Dear Rosemary Arlandia These Days
I'll have to listen to it probably one more time to see what other songs really stand out to me
