They're going down the same path as JFAC, they're more like straight-up Death Metal now, with breakdowns though.
The bass drops in Entombed Monarch are fucking amazing.
No chug-chug riffs either really, they're fucking catchy riffs.
The Drumming is better, and the Bass is used in a great way, there's a lot of brutal bass drops throughout the album.
The breakdowns are great too, they're not just randomly placed, they're mixed in perfectly. My favorite breakdowns on the album are Hell Chose Me and The Scope Of Obsession.
There's a Necrophagist style Bass break in By Darkness Enslaved, which was fucking amazing.
Musically, it's like, JFAC meets TBDM meets BOO.
Great album straight up. And this surprises me, their first 2 albums were boring as hell.
It's like a perfect Deathcore album though. One of my favorite releases I've heard in quite a few months. Of course, Dark Tranquillity pwns it, just saying though.
