personally i think the unplugged nirvana and badmotorfinger are on par in terms of how good they are but i just listened to nirvana so much more growing up where as soundgarden came later...
What's wrong with you people? Nirvana? Really? Soundgarden accomplished more prior, to "Nevermind", than Nirvana did in their whole overrated existence.
Bleach is by far Nirvana's best album...
Doesn't change the fact that Badmotorfinger kills the crap out of anything Nirvana had ever dreamed of doing.
True, but Louder than Love is even better and UltraMega Ok was awesome as well. They went downhill with Superunknown tho

Superunknown is a brilliant album....
That album was written strickly for the radio imo, which I don't blame them I guess, but it was definitely a departure from what made them awesome
Maybe my biggest issue is that people I know still claim those songs were written by Kurt, people even say that about The Man Who Sold The World, dumbasses.
you have to hand one thing to kurt though, he had an ear for good music...
Dude knows his shit, he got me into R.E.M., The Pixies, and The Meat Puppets. Don't get me wrong I used to worship the guy, I used to look up interviews of him talking about bands and listen to whatever bands he talked about, but that has worn off to me.
