Fire Holland, sure, this is his fault. I don't think canning Blashill solves anything though. I'm also pretty skeptical either one is gone this summer. Gonna have to see what kind of owner Chris Ilitch is.
He has one more season on his contract. I don't think Chris Ilitch has it in him to fire him but I doubt he gets an extension. At the very least he'll be gone fairly soon.
