Raining for 7 days

It's on day 2. all the parks here for some reason have HUGE ditches in em with drains at the bottom but the drains never work. well we basically have 6-10 B big ass ponds now. and the rain is only on day 2. my town...well the entire central calley of california(bakersfield to fresno anyway) use to be a lake...looks like it's going back to a lake. Im going swimming later in the biggest one. it's like 40 feet deep.Im pretty sure someone will drown in there this year. it has no fence around it and a fuck ton of little kids in the neighbor hood by it.
