Speaking of tiny women not getting a knockout, UFC fighter Matt Brown made comments earlier saying, "If I'm going to pay $60 for a Pay-Per-View to watch women fight they should at least be topless." He has since faced backlash since this statement. And he said that they can't knock anyone out.
