UFC star Michael Bisping was asked on The Ric Flair Show about Brock Lesnar's drug test failure from UFC 200 and here is what Bisping had to say:
“How tough do you think Brock Lesnar is? Listen I respect any man that steps into the octagon because it takes balls. But if you have to go in there and take steroids to do it? F*ck you, you cocky son of a b*tch. Kiss my a$$. I will knock Brock Lesnar out with one f*cking punch. I will take him and throw him out of the octagon like the pu$%y that he is. Am I making myself clear? F*ck Brock Lesnar! F*ck steroids! F*ck all you f*cking f**gots that want to come in here and take steroids. Am I making myself clear? I apologize for using that word, I shouldn’t have said that (f**gots). But, steroids have destroyed the sport and anyone that takes them, kiss my a&%.”
Probably but apparently hes hired a big time lawyer to get out try and get out of his contract. The thing is the UFC has the BEST lawyers. Thats how they have gotten away with treating their fighters like shit lol.
Only person on that list that you could argue is GSP maybe. We never got to see him fight with the USADA taking over things. He arguably lost to Hendricks. Mighty Mouse's division is weak af that's like saying Ronda was the goat when she was running things. When you look at Silvia's resume, it wasn't really that good. I mean he was getting pieced up by Maia in rounds 4 and 5 of their fight.
I agree that silva's resume isn't the best but we're talking about skill here. If you want to talk about opponents Jones has been fighting in one of the weaker divisions as well. Let's not forget that Jones hasn't really competed under usada either.
I do agree that it's between GSP and jones really for now though.
the sport is still so young. Hell Conor could take it over if he Ko's Eddie then Ko's khabib, beats Nate again and then wins 3-4 more fights in the stacked LW division. Very unlikely in that division. Just saying I feel like the sport is just so young. A lot is goo to change in the next 10 years.
Cruz is the most skilled active fighter right now. But none of these fighters want to take the risk and jump up in weight to take on a bigger fighter. Conor did but you can argue that he lost twice. We're missing out on great matchups because Dana isn't willing to pay anyone. He honestly needs to go or have a smaller role. I hope IME continues to clean house.
