I may be the only Brain Drill fan here but they have a new album and they are on MetalBlade which is a sponsor of Mayhem, so I think its at least a LITTLE possible they could be on it.
Cradle of Filth, Unearth, and Black Label Society will all definitely be at Mayhem 2011.
I hate CoF, but it's true. Their guitarist said in a recent interview that they were trying to get on Mayhem, then they had a poll on their website asking fans to "pick a setlist for their summer festival".
Unearth and BLS both had polls on their Myspace asking their fans to vote them onto Mayhem 2011.
