It's not the end of the world, but its a lot of hard work and frustration. Of course I did mine a long time ago, so I know there have been progressions medically etc., but it's still a major injury that shouldnt be dismissed as a broken thumb or separated shoulder. 8-|

I agree. It's no longer a career ending injury, but my knee does still bother me every now and then because I didn't keep up with the leg workouts after PT ended for me... Practices had just started and I thought that would be enough. Apparently not
