Just pissed off. I got passed up for the job And it's like a kick in the balls. I bust my ass more then most everybody there and get no return when I request it. I'm fucking tired of the shift I work on and I'm pissed for not getting the pay and hours I deserve.

that sucks man, fuck that...all you can do is just keep working your ass off. eventually someone will notice and put you in the position you belong. remember you're still young, i feel the same way when i get laid off and others are still working, but you got to climb the ladder. i'm three years in now, so i'm bout to get out of my apprenticship and be a journeyman. just goes to show hard work does pay off, just stick to what youre doing and show them whats up. sorry though man, i know its gotta be tough. you'll get yours.
Thanks sir. It just has got me down. I get more parts done a day then anyone that works on what I do. I'm always at work and on time. I never leave my machines and never have any messed up parts. It's not fair and I get that life isn't fair but if something doesn't change I'm walking away

nah, and i'm pissed i didn't. tickets sold out in a day, never had a chance to get tix, by the time they were sold out people were selling them online way overpriced. the lineup for this summer should come out around april. i heard Trial is gonna do a reunion there, that would be fucking awesome! you should drive to philly and go, i'm definately going this year.

So I didn't get that job I wanted but I guess my work didn't go in noticed. I've missed the last two days of work because of weather and funeral. My boss called me today to tell me to be to work early Monday to meet with the supervisors. They are promoting me to a cell leader. So I'll be the boss of 3 or 4 guys and an entire area of machines. I will get at least a 1.50 raise to start and will get bigger raises and bonuses when the time comes for that each year. Also I'll be rocking a company phone. I'm pretty happy right now to say the least.
