The rule says that for the ball to be Uncatchable then the defense must also not be able to catch it...no way around it that's pass interference

Nah read the rule book....it says by involved parties....which includes the defense....the only reason that ball was uncatchable was because the defender was hugging him...the nfl is backing their refs saying it was the right call...but if you read the rule book my interpretation is that it was pass interference
