Except millions of people still smoke cigarettes. Youth football might take a small hit but football is too big at this point to just die off.

Dood I understand the popularity of the sport.. I just think your underestimating this whole concussion thing.. It will most certainly take its toll on the sport in the long run I can promise you that..
Basically studies are showing that if you play pro football you have some sort of brain damage.. Like I said only a matter of time..

Nah eventually someone will develop a helmet that reduces people risk of brain damage significantly....probably sooner the later

I look at it like this..Football is dangerous as is Nascar etc....They are paid ALOT of money to play a game they love. They know the risk.
