there lack of discipline is completely inexcusable....we took a knee on a safty at the FUCKING 2 YARD LINE. The amount of lack of discipline after what happened last year is fucking nuts...schwartz admitted he let the team get away from him this season..he will be gone....losing double the amount of games you win for 4 years is not acceptable...not to mention the fact he lest all the dumb fucks get away with anything....if we had a good coach he would be straight bill cowering there ass and grabbing them by the shoulder pads and spitting in there face when they jumped offside...thats what we need

Their penalties are actually down this year. Discipline as far as assignments is a problem. Leadership is definitely a problem. I think Stafford needs to step up more. I think someone, anyone needs to step up on that defense. Maybe Te'o would help after all.

I don't agree with this. He still got the franchise to the playoffs three years removed from 0-16 and giving him a chance to fix this team after this embarrassment of a season isn't unreasonable.

Bell...a guy who couldn't even make a roster a year ago is our best running back. backus is still our left tackle...and were paying a bum pass rusher over 10 million to do nothing. We have no spirit, no drive to win not to mention van den douche...coupled with tulloch 2 total bums. Schwartz never had this team, but yet he still let it get away from him...maybe last year entitles him to to have one more year...but if they pass up the chance to have gruden or cower i will be pissed....getting a coach with an established reputation of not putting up with bullshit is the only chance this team ever has a chance to win
Gruden and Cowher would never come here, so I would get that delusion out of your head pretty quickly. 10-6 and making the playoffs for the first time in a decade was not an embarrassing season, but they clearly handled expectations and the pressure that comes with winning very poorly, I'll give you that.
what makes you think gruden and cowher might not come here? We have a QB that about 25 other teams would take on there roster and the best receiver to play the game since a HOF named rice...and both have been looking to get back into the game...just have been waiting for the right fit

I just don't believe a big-time coach would come here. It's not a high-profile job.....it's fucking Detroit. I don't see Ford or Mayhew having the ability to sell the job to someone like that.
And you can argue that we were just as unlucky to lose the games we did this year. It goes both ways.
