its not just cause im a homer.....the guy makes catches no one else does....take example the sideline catch in philly this week...4th quarter down by three time running out....there was not another receiver in the league that could make that catch....iv been trying to find video so i could post it but can't find it....im sure wine saw it
im not talking about stuff like that....when has AJ stiff armed a linebacker on his ass? calvin not only makes catches most players don't he is the hardest wide out to bring down in the game

Oh man, it's a shame I think that Fitzgerald is the second best WR of all time. He's only the fastest to reach 700 Rec, 2nd fastest to reach 10,000 yards, has had more value to his team year in and out than Moss and TO combined. Numbers aren't completely there for the case, but I think it's definitely a good one.

so your saying that if you rule out jerry rice that larry fitzgerald is the best wide reciever to ever play the game of football?

While I think that statement is similar to saying that if you rule out the whale, the elephant is the biggest mammal, yes. I do believe that. I've watched a ton of Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Marvin Harrison and a lot of the modern WR, and I don't believe any of them were as valuable to their team as Larry Fitzgerald has been for the Cardinals.
I also believe that without Fitzgerald, the Cardinals in the non-Warner days would have ranked with the 2008 Lions as one of the worst football teams of all time.

Don't know what the fuck happened.
Smith missing WR's like crazy, defense getting blown up at the point of attack like crazy, extremely flat safeties.
